Highlights you need to know this year...

1. Note your food contribution (type of side/dessert) based on your last name.
2. You must register and pay by Wednesday, July 1st, or incur a $4 per-person late fee.  This is automatically charged after 12:00 am on 7/2/25.
3. Volunteer to set up, cook, or clean up and earn points (please).

What's Included from CYC?

FOOD & DRINK
Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Veggie Burgers, 
Soft Drinks (variety of regular and diet), Juices, Bottled water
Ice Cream Sundaes!!                       

FUN & GAMES FOR ALL AGES! 
(Trophies will be provided for all Champions)

IN CYC TRADITION, YOUR FOOD CONTRIBUTIONS ARE EXPECTED!
(PLEASE, PLEASE  bring enough to serve 15 people, no appetizers please)

Advanced Reservations with Payment are REQUIRED by July 1st
so we can plan quantities!  Please bring checks to the picnic!

Cost with ADVANCED Reservations:

• Adults (14 +): $19
• Child 6-13: $12
• Children Under 6: Free

Cost "at the door"  No Cash/CHECKS ONLY    Add $4 per person!
