The Lobecks and Jon Orr have offered to help decorate on Friday 25th from 11-2pm at the clubhouse and for anyone that wants to volunteer, this is great way to get in early, and earn your points, and then just turn up and enjoy the Oktoberfest.
So in the meantime, work on your appetite....und übe dein Deutsch
And remember this year, as opposed to previous Oktoberfests, this is a BYOB event, but I and others will be bringing some free beer to get the party swinging...
Because most of us skip over reading this and pay, here are the highlights that you need to know this year...

2. If you pay via Zeffy, THERE IS A $1 DISCOUNT PER PAID PERSON. This is because we are charged for processing fees, but Zeffy is FREE. So for a family of 5, you save $5.
3. WHEN PAYING BY ZEFFY, UNDER CONTRIBUTION AMOUNT (THE AMOUNT THE PLATFORM GETS, NOT US), CLICK OTHER, THEN PUT IN AN AMOUNT IF YOU CHOOSE TO DONATE TO THE PLATFORM OR ZERO, IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO DONATE.
4. You must register and pay by noon Wednesday, 9/23 or you may risk not being able to attend the event.
5. Volunteer to set up, or clean up and earn points (please).
Advanced Reservations with Payment are REQUIRED by September 23rd at NOON.
As we are catering this, it helps them with advance reservations, thank you.

A. Adults : $23 (with Zeffy discount)
B. Child 6-13: $13 (with Zeffy discount)
